The Christmas lights in downtown Glendale are known as 'Glendale Glitters'. But in January, when the lights are turned off, the streets are filled with hot-air balloons for a night-glow, which is known as 'Glendale Glows'. At least 25 balloons lined the streets around the square before the lights were turned off at 9pm.
