The 'Brews on the Bay' Beer Festival is a pretty unique event, since it takes place on board a WWII ship, the 'Jeremiah O'Brien'. As you drink the 'pay-once-drink-as-much-as-you-can' beer from several micro-breweries, you have free run of the ship, even down into the engine room. Saved from the scrap yard in 1979, the ship has been restored and is now docked at Pier 45 in Fisherman's Wharf.
