For 2 years I traveled around the World, through 27 countries on 5 continents. Cycling, trucks, rafts and hitch-hiking were the modes of travel, and I walked a good part of the journey too.

With the intention of raising half a million pounds for charity, a group of 90 people from Sheffield came together to set a New World Record. To raise that much money, we had to do something really unusual, so we planned to push an 8½-ton truck over 1,000 miles, from John O'Groats to Lands End. It was a crazy idea, but there were enough crazy people willing to give it a try.
